To obtain warranty service, please contact the partner who sells this product to you.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (if available) or in a packaging that provides equivalent protection. During the warranty period, unless prohibited by applicable law, the end user shall bear the shipping cost of returning this product to such other locations as we instruct. If the product is within the warranty scope, we will bear the return shipping cost after the service is completed. If the product is not covered by the warranty, the end user shall bear the return shipping cost. Unless prohibited by applicable law, the carrier shall be responsible for any damage caused during transportation and shall directly claim compensation from the aforementioned carrier.
To obtain warranty services, the following information must be provided:
Faulty products,
User's name, company name (if applicable), address, email address, and phone number,
Problem description, and
Purchase proof, clearly indicating the address, purchase date, product type, and model number. If no proof of purchase is provided, the warranty period will start from the serial number on the product.
